Shipping and payment terms
Germany: The first order is free of shipping costs in Germany. Free shipping already from 79,- Euro.
Otherwise, shipping costs 5.90 euros for mainland delivery, special rates apply for German North Sea and Baltic Sea islands.
The shipping and packaging costs include:
- Transport by DHL or DPD parcel service
- Packaging
- Shipping insurance
- 19% VAT.

A shipment of the goods can be made at the indicated prices in principle only in the above listed countries and exclusively on the mainland. If you wish to ship the goods to a country/island that is not listed, please contact us by e-mail or phone. We will check if it is possible to ship the goods there and if necessary we will send you an offer with the shipping costs.
* In case of a shipment to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) will be incurred within the scope of your order, which will not be paid by us or invoiced by us, but have to be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for details.
